The 15 distinct character Classes are divided into four categories based on the job they perform in group combat: Protective Fighters, Offensive Fighters, Healers, and Arcane Casters. The secondary abilities, and play styles of each class can be very different, making each of the 15 possibilities interesting. But, despite their unique styles and abilities, each of the classes is designed to be equal at performing their primary Job. Does your group need a Tank? Any of the Protective fighters will serve that function.
